Erik Rome

Hi! My name is Erik Rome, and I have the joy of serving as the Associate Pastor at CrossPointe leading our community ministries, connections and assimilation, pastoral care, and church operations. I’m originally from Upstate New York but married my beautiful southern wife, Becca, who has since schooled me in the ways of grits and fried green tomatoes. We have a son named Neville, a beagle named Biscuit and a great day for us is hanging out with them and enjoying some good food!

Some additional info:

• Some of my hobbies include coffee, college football, professional soccer, and BBC shows.
• I am a graduate of SUNY Cortland (B.A. New Media Design) and Covenant Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity).
• Prior to joining the team at CrossPointe I served on field staff with Young Life and on the staff of a couple churches, most recently helping with church planting efforts in Boston.
• I also enjoy reading, thinking through current cultural topics and baking with my wife!
